檸蜜海鮮釀雞翼
釀雞翼是很正常的東西,可是雞翼加魚!?還要加蟹柳!?聽起來真怪,可是煮完後其實除了淡淡肉,完全沒腥味,一次可以吃到雞肉,魚還有蟹柳,棒極了!
(1人份)
材料
去骨雞翼 2隻
蟹柳 1/2條(切開一半)
白魚 2小塊 (只要可以塞進雞翼裡就可以)
芝麻 適量
醬
蜜糖 1茶匙
檸檬 2-3茶匙
水 2-3湯匙
醬油 1/2茶匙
生粉 1茶匙
做法
1. 將切好的蟹柳和魚塞進去了骨的雞翼
2. 將所有醬的材料混好,試試味,看看還需要什麼。
3. 在預熱好的平底鍋上加點油,先把有皮的那一邊先煎到金黃色,然後轉到另一邊也煎到金黃色。
4. 當兩邊都變成金黃色的時候轉小火,加入醬汁,蓋鍋蓋,燜煮2-3分鐘。
5. 最後將醬汁收乾,上碟撒上芝麻即可
p.s. 如果不希望餡外露的話煎之前用牙籤封口就可以
