甜煎蛋卷 (四人分量)
煎蛋捲聽起來很容易,可是要做得好,做得漂亮就很講究。這次我做的用了兩隻雞蛋,所以不夠厚,賣相也差一點,可是卻學會了幾個Tips 去幫你們做出漂漂亮亮的蛋捲 :)
材料:蛋 4隻
糖 1湯匙 (甜度隨你喜歡而有所加減)
牛奶 三湯匙
油 一小匙
做法:
1. 把蛋打均 (記住不要太用力,以免蛋漿起泡)
2. 把糖和牛奶加入稍微攪拌
3. 把平底鍋預熱後倒進油 ,然後把四分一的蛋漿倒進後把火調細 (記住鍋不要太熱,要不然
蛋捲就會失去漂亮的黃色)
4. 當你看到蛋開始熟的時候就用木或鐵的尖頭筷子開始摺,每卷完就壓一壓,卷到剩三分一
5. 把卷好的推到鍋邊再倒進四分一蛋漿,重複先前的步驟
6. 最後要記得讓甜蛋捲躺在熄了火的鑊中一會兒,讓餘下的熱力焗一下蛋心未熟的部份。
