They are some recipe either I saw it online or from cookbook or from magazine, just wanna share it to you to show that it is doable even you are as young as me and you could always change your own recipe slightly based on your own interest :)

3種材料的法式巧克力塔
傳統的法式巧克力塔吃起來會帶有一點點苦澀味,那是黑巧克力的原因。可是現在吃到的巧克力塔都是比較甜的,而且還需要很多材料,所以這一次嘗試用最少的材料去做這款甜品。
材料
派皮 (short crust pastry) 1塊
70%黑巧克力 100克
厚忌廉 (double cream) 150毫升
做法
1. 預熱烤箱至180度,把派皮鋪在模具裡面用手指將塔皮緊緊沿著塔模內緣按壓讓塔模與塔皮密合,接著用擀麵棍在塔模上將多餘的塔皮裁除。
2. 用叉子在塔皮底部刺一些透氣孔(不要搓太深以免塔皮破裂),在塔皮上鋪上烘培紙,並放上米壓塔皮,以180度C烤約15分鐘,把派皮上的烘培紙拿走在烤5分鐘後拿出來攤涼。
3. 把厚忌廉加熱至有泡泡冒出來就可以關火加進巧克力裡做成巧克力醬。
4. 做好了的巧克力醬倒進派皮里面,加上自己想要的裝飾,冷藏2-3小時即可食用
