Scone? Biscuit?

To be honest, I don't even know what they called but they are those thing you eat in KFC during breakfast and you eat with honey or jam. It taste pretty nice though and it is a really quick and easy thing to do when you are hungry :)

材料:

牛油  80g
糖  20g
楓糖漿  60g
自發粉  225g
泡打粉  3/4tsp
牛奶  70ml
牛奶 (掃表面用) 少量

做法:


1. 自發粉和泡打粉混合,過篩備用。

2. 奶油切小粒狀,加入糖和楓糖漿,再加入已過篩的粉類。

3. 先用刮勺把所有材料略略拌勻,再用指尖把奶油搓至碎粒狀,最後把牛奶加進去用刮勺拌勻。

4. 烤箱預熱200-220度,隨意把麵團分成10份放在烤盤上,再掃上牛奶,烤10-15分鐘就完成了!
p.s. 享用的時候加點蜜糖或楓糖漿,超好吃的!
