難得做了墨西哥酪梨沙拉醬就決定弄一個釀雞肉,不過因為有巴馬火腿會很咸而且只有肉會不健康,所以決定弄沙拉,簡簡單單,快快的一個午餐就完成。

超簡單墨西哥酪梨沙拉醬(Guacamole)
以前我並不喜歡吃酪梨,但是當第一次吃完人家親手做的墨西哥酪梨沙拉醬我就愛上它。最近天氣有點熱,所以最適合吃沙拉那種涼涼的食物,不過純粹的沙拉會有點悶所以做了墨西哥酪梨沙拉醬作為佐料,配沙拉超好吃。
記得做墨西哥酪梨沙拉醬的酪梨要挑選比較熟,即捏的時候比較軟的那些才可以做的比較容易和好吃。
