這是劉一帆在頂級廚師裡的大師學堂所教的其中一個菜式,原本我在想再加糖在三文魚的表面會不會不太搭,可是吃下去的時候簡直是另一種風味,而且比想像中的要好,這還是我挺意外的 :)

三文魚手卷
自家做手捲<3我實在太喜歡壽司了,自己弄的話可以隨便我加甚麼,加多少。無論怎樣做,他們都是有看頭,好味,健康 :)這個我只花了少於10分鐘就弄好,最重要的是連爐火也不用開,對於我這些不喜歡洗東西的懶人來說簡直是太棒了。又快又簡單:D
